Transition to Banner - Payroll Deadlines
The following deadlines are to be met with New forms designed to work with Banner HR. Click on the the form name to download the appropriate form. You will also be able to locate these forms where the old forms were once located.
The July payroll will require all populations to turn in the appropriate paper forms on the dates listed below. All SPA Temps and Students will need their paperwork submitted/re-submitted in order to be entered into Banner. SPA Perm and EPA Perm will be converted from the existing employment database system.
The August payroll will see the first use of EPAFs. Some personnel actions will still require the use of paper forms, however.
