Workshop Descriptions

Banner Navigation

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Learn how to login, understand the meaning of menus and icons, navigate Banner screens, use shortcuts, and modify personal preferences.

FULL DESCRIPTION: Banner Navigation training is a prerequisite to all subsequent Banner training. In this class you will learn generic information about the Banner student information system. This workshop covers the basic navigation techniques used by every Banner user.

PRE-REQUISITES : User must have Banner username and password. Banner data is protected by FERPA which requires users to have a basic understanding of the act. Follow the link below to read the current University FERPA information.
