Nolij Web Imaging

Enrollment Services will use Nolij Web to begin moving to a paperless environment. Think of Nolij Web as your electronic file cabinet - anything that you would place in a student's folder, you can place in Nolij Web. Any documents that are created on your hard drive can be dropped directly into Nolij Web without being printed. Documents are stored in Nolij Web by a variety of offices, such as Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, Nursing and the Graduate School to name a few. Nolij Web is capable of storing documents in a variety of file types such as .TIF, .PDF, .DOC, etc. Nolij Web is a versatile tool that we are only just beginning to understand. It is extremely customizable and there are many future uses for the system that have not yet been realized. As you learn to use the system, continue to think of ways that we might use it in the future as well as necessary changes based on the paper flow in your component.
