New! Enterprise Wide Document Imaging Study

Enrollment Services implemented Nolij Web as a document imaging solution in 2001-02. Nolij Web serves as an electronic filing cabinet in the sense that any document normally found in a student folder can now be stored and retrieved using Nolij Web. In addition to Enrollment Services, the Graduate School and serveral offices in the Division of Student Affairs are current users. The power of a document imaging solution like Nolij Web lies not only in the storage functionality but also is the ability to impact the process by implementing workflow and integration with Banner.
