Banner Document Management (BDM) is the document imaging system administered by Information Technology Services. Paper documents can be scanned into and stored within BDM in applications (similar to file cabinets); in addition, a wide variety of electronic document types (Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and .tif images to name a few) can also be uploaded and stored.
BDM eliminates the need to store large volumes of paper documents within offices while providing convenient document access, security, and collaboration capabilities. The application is available for viewing documents from My Cloud.
Documents are accessible from Banner Admin Pages and document types may be linked to specific pages or fields.
Departments must request an implementation of BDM for their area. If you have questions about BDM or would like to request an implementation please submit a 6-TECH ticket.
If you already have access to BDM select the Add or Retrieve button from Banner Admin Pages.
